Apparently, Tottenham won the race for Bayern Munich striker, Mathys Tel, a few days after the Frenchman rejected a move north of London.
Initially, Tel told Bayern that he wanted to leave in the January window after frustrating himself with a lack of opportunities in the Allianz Arena, but rejected an offer of the Spurs despite President Daniel Levy flying to Munich.
The 19 -year -old indicated that he would stay in Bayern and evaluate his future in the summer, only to make a change of meaning after speaking with the Chief of the Spurs, Ange Postecoglou.
Tel will fly to London this afternoon, according to L’Equipe, to sign what is expected to be a loan agreement.

The news will come as a relief for Postecoglou, who has frustrated in his attempts to strengthen his team of injury this month.
Although Kevin Danso joined yesterday from Lens, the Spurs have been relatively quiet and had an offer of £ 70 million by the Cristalio de Palacio Marc Guehi rejected this morning.
The issues in the field, at least, have taken a turn for the better during the past week with the Tottenham supporting the 3-0 defeat of Elfsborg in the Europa League with an impressive 2-0 victory in the Premier League in Brentford yesterday .
