Last Tuesday I did my group ride and was able to keep up with no problems, with no power assist on the flats and no power assist on the hills. This was a fun trip. On Wednesday I did an easy two hour cruise in my recumbent position. Thursday was a combination of a hard upper body workout and a hard walk, for a total of two hours, which luckily was well tolerated (no flare-ups!). Friday and Saturday were easy 90 minute walks, on my Friday upright and on my Saturday recumbent. Yesterday, Thursday’s training was repeated, but this one lasted two and a half hours. Afterwards I was a little tired, but today I feel good. It’s great to be back. But I need to keep doing my physical therapy to keep my orthopedic problems under control and stop if there are any symptoms.
